Customer Care Representative

Multi Franchise Auto Group - Manhattan, KS

Briggs Automotive is excited to announce the opening of our new call center in Manhattan KS. We will be looking for strong results driven candidates to fill these Internet Sales Rep positions. Candidates must have a strong desire to succeed, be goal oriented, and want to be a part of a winning team. This position requires a high degree of professionalism with customers and our teams, excellent communications skills, and the ability to organize and multi-task to maximize your daily efficiency. Call center, collections, and/or automotive knowledge is helpful but not required. Immediate training and ongoing support are provided.


  • Execute customer communications via email, telephone and text.
  • Outbound lead follow-up: Internet inquiries, un-sold traffic, lease renewals, etc.
  • Answer ALL incoming phone calls according to a proven, pre-set script, and schedule sales appointments
  • Obtain information from customers or prospects regarding vehicle of interest or special requests; document the details of each conversation by input of information into dealership database
  • Purify and update customer contact information and changes in dealership database
  • Contact current customer base on current marketing incentive


  • Call Center/collections/customer service and/or sales and marketing experience preferred
  • Pleasant, engaging and professional phone manner
  • Strong PC and internet skills
  • Experience in hitting performance goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • No outbound phone call reluctance
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Willing to learn and driven to achieve
  • Strong work ethic and reliability is a must

This is a full time position that requires the flexibility to work rotating schedules with some Saturdays
